Our Goals

Dreamstreet is continuously seeking out new ways to provide and promote joyful, creative, shared opportunities for people of different abilities. Our goals, developed with input from parents, participants, and the Dreamstreet advisory committee include:

– Developing additional group and individual performance opportunities for the core cast.
– Expanding our consultation and training programs for communities, schools, organizations and camps interested in establishing Dreamstreet theater programs.
– Developing a curriculum guide for use by parents, teachers and program directors, including a DVD library of expressive and creative workshop demonstrations.
– Making Dreamstreet performances available through closed circuit and public access television.
– Sharing the Dreamstreet experience through a documentary film.
